Engage in neutral private virtual mediation sessions to resolve disputes collaboratively and amicably. Benefit from a controlled environment to reach effective agreements. • Pre Divorce Mediation: Neutral, child-centered mediation for couples who want to separate with clarity and respect, designing their own parenting plan and separation terms. • Divorce & Custody Mediation: Facilitation for parents stuck in conflict who want to resolve schedules, decision making, or narrow issues outside of court. Parties are encouraged to have their own legal counsel review any agreements. • Post Judgment Mediation: For adjusting orders as life changes—holidays, moves, new partners—while keeping kids’ stability at the center.
Cancellation Policy
Mind Monarch offers private, trauma‑informed mediation to help parties resolve family and custody‑related disputes in a structured, voluntary, and child‑centered way. The mediator facilitates conversation and options; the parties themselves decide whether to reach agreement. Neutral role and no legal advice: The mediator is a neutral third party and does not represent either participant. The mediator does not provide legal advice, make legal rulings, or predict court outcomes. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult their own attorneys before signing any agreement. Confidentiality and no testimony To support open, honest discussion, mediation sessions are confidential to the fullest extent allowed by law. Communications made for mediation are not intended for use as evidence in court or other proceedings. Participants agree not to subpoena or call the mediator, or Mind Monarch, to testify or produce records about the mediation, except where disclosure is legally required (for example, suspected risk of harm). Recording of sessions (audio or video) is not permitted. Agreements and responsibility for outcomes: Any resolutions reached in mediation are created and agreed to by the participants. The mediator may help capture terms in writing as directed by the parties, but does not guarantee enforceability or any particular legal result. Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining independent legal review. Mind Monarch and the mediator are not liable for any act, omission, or outcome arising from the mediation process or from agreements the parties choose to make. Payment and cancellation: Mediation is offered in prepaid packages (Pre‑Divorce – $900; Divorce & Custody – $1,250; Post‑Judgment – $750). Payment in full is due at scheduling to reserve session dates. Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice may be credited to a future date within 90 days, subject to availability. Cancellations, no‑shows, or rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full, and fees may not be refunded. By engaging Mind Monarch for mediation, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Mediation Policy and are entering the process voluntarily and in good faith.
