Refund Policy

All Mind Monarch Services LLC (“Mind Monarch”) offerings are prepaid and non‑refundable. By booking a session, package, or mediation, you acknowledge and agree that fees are earned upon booking and will not be refunded under any circumstance, except where required by law.​

Coaching, consultation, and packages

• All individual sessions and coaching packages are non‑refundable once purchased, regardless of attendance, scheduling changes, or outcome.​

• If you wish to stop or pause a package, any accommodation (such as rescheduling or limited credit) is purely at Mind Monarch’s discretion and does not create a right to future exceptions.​

• Because session times are reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no‑shows do not entitle you to a refund or additional sessions.​

Mediation and day‑of‑court services

• Mediation and day‑of‑court support fees are non‑refundable once the date and time are confirmed, even if the case settles, is continued, or a party fails to appear.​

• Reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule when courts continue or move hearings, but new dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.​

• Any decision to offer a courtesy reschedule or limited credit is made case‑by‑case at Mind Monarch’s sole discretion.​

 

No guarantees of outcomes

• Mind Monarch does not guarantee any particular result or outcome from coaching, mediation, or court‑support services, including but not limited to court rulings, custody arrangements, or changes in another person’s behavior.​

• Fees are charged for time, expertise, and access to services—not for specific legal, financial, or relational outcomes.​

• Dissatisfaction with case outcomes, court decisions, or other people’s actions does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.​

 

Processing and questions

• Payment‑processor or transaction fees (such as credit‑card or platform fees) are non‑refundable in all cases.​
