Cancellation Policy

Resilience coaching provides structured support to build coping tools, emotional regulation skills, and sustainable routines during high‑conflict custody situations. It is skills‑based support meant to help you stay grounded while you advocate for your children. Scope of service Focuses on developing coping mechanisms, nervous‑system regulation strategies, communication tools, and mindset practices to support your functioning during an ongoing case. Includes reflection exercises, practice between sessions, and planning for high‑stress events such as exchanges, hearings, and communication with the other parent. Does not provide legal advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace the care of a licensed mental health professional or attorney. Roles and responsibilities Coaching is a collaborative, future‑focused process; you remain responsible for all decisions, court strategies, and actions you take. You agree to come to sessions prepared, complete suggested practices as you are able, and communicate honestly about stress levels, triggers, and support needs. You are encouraged to maintain or seek your own legal, medical, and therapeutic providers as appropriate. Confidentiality and limits Information shared in coaching is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law (for example, suspected abuse, danger to self or others, or court order). Electronic communication (email, text, video platforms) carries inherent privacy risks; using these methods indicates your informed consent to those risks. Scheduling, payment, and cancellations Sessions are scheduled in advance and begin and end at the agreed times; late arrival does not extend session length. Payment is due at or before the time of service (or in advance for packages) and is generally non‑refundable once a session time is reserved. A minimum notice window (for example, 24–48 hours) is required to reschedule; late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged as a used session. Emergencies and crisis support Resilience coaching is not an emergency or crisis service and cannot respond in real time to urgent safety issues or legal deadlines. For immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, contact emergency services, a crisis line, or a domestic violence hotline, and notify your legal or mental‑health providers as needed.
