Work does not start until payment and the completed intake questionnaire are received. > Cancellations & refunds: Because this is a custom, time‑intensive service, fees are non‑refundable once work has begun on your plan. If you need to pause the process, you may do so within the 90‑day window; pauses beyond 90 days may require a new package purchase.
