Service Description

Ongoing support for parents who need help keeping messages neutral and child‑focused. Includes one 30‑minute strategy session each month to review patterns and plan communication moves.


Cancellation Policy

Scope of service: Support covers written co‑parenting communication only (email, co‑parenting apps, and similar platforms). You receive suggested drafts, edits, and strategy notes for your messages; you decide what to send and are responsible for all final content. This service is strategic and educational. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or interpretation of court orders. Use of message credits: Each plan includes a set number of messages per month. A “message” means one incoming communication (or a brief cluster on the same issue) that you submit for review. Unused message credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Response times: Response times (e.g., 1–2 business days) are outlined in your chosen plan. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. This service is not intended for emergencies or real‑time crisis response. Payment and renewal: Payment is billed monthly in advance and is non‑refundable once the billing period begins. Your plan renews automatically each month unless you cancel. To cancel, provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date; your access continues through the end of the paid period. Confidentiality and limits: Information you share is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law (for example, safety concerns or mandated reporting). You are responsible for removing or anonymizing sensitive third‑party information in any screenshots or forwarded messages you provide. Boundaries and responsibilities: Communication support does not include contacting your co‑parent, their attorney, or the court on your behalf. Suggested drafts are offered from a trauma‑informed, high‑conflict perspective, but you remain responsible for legal strategy, court outcomes, and all decisions related to your case.
