In our time together, you’ll be able to share what’s really happening, be witnessed by a steady, trauma‑informed mediator and coach, and start stepping off the emotional rollercoaster that keeps your nervous system in constant freefall. Together, we’ll explore how care and structure can be shaped around you and your child(ren)—so life feels less like a nonstop cortisol spike and more like something you can finally breathe and feel grounded inside.
Cancellation Policy
Mind Monarch offers a complimentary 20‑minute consultation (“Free Consultation”) to new prospective clients who are curious about services and want to explore whether working together is a good fit. The Free Consultation and all Mind Monarch services are for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only. Booking or attending a Free Consultation does not create an attorney‑client, therapist‑patient, or other licensed professional relationship.
