Cancellation Policy

Payment & booking: Full payment of 2,222 USD is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot and begin work on your file. ​ Work does not start until payment and the completed intake questionnaire are received. ​ Scope of service: Includes one custom parenting plan draft, up to two rounds of revisions, and a one‑page summary for use with attorneys or mediators. Services are strategic and educational only; no legal advice or representation is provided. You remain responsible for all legal decisions. ​ Timeline: First draft is typically delivered within 10–15 business days after all required information is received. ​ Each revision round is returned within 10 business days of receiving your consolidated feedback. ​ All revisions must be requested within 90 days of the initial draft delivery; after 90 days, the package is considered complete. ​ Cancellations & refunds: Because this is a custom, time‑intensive service, fees are non‑refundable once work has begun on your plan. ​ If you need to pause the process, you may do so within the 90‑day window; pauses beyond 90 days may require a new package purchase. ​ Communication: All plan work and revisions are handled via secure online forms, email, or your client portal. Live sessions (if offered) are scheduled separately and are subject to your standard rescheduling policy.
