Divorce Coaching
Strategize Your Divorce Journey
Service Description
Receive tailored guidance and action plans to navigate through high-conflict divorce scenarios effectively. Empower yourself with strategic tools and insights. > Purpose Divorce coaching provides educational support, guidance, and practical tools to help you navigate high‑conflict divorce and custody situations. It focuses on communication, planning, documentation, and emotional regulation so you can move through this process more effectively. Coaching is not therapy, legal representation, or a substitute for advice from your own attorney. > Scope of Services Coaching may include: • Clarifying goals, priorities, and boundaries. • Creating action plans for high‑conflict interactions and court‑related steps. • Organizing documentation and timelines for your legal team. • Practicing communication with professionals and co‑parents. • Learning skills for parallel parenting, boundary‑setting, and self‑regulation. Coaching does not include: • Legal advice, drafting filings, or interpreting court orders. • Mental health diagnosis or treatment. • Speaking to the court, the other parent, or their lawyer on your behalf. • Emergency or crisis response. Client Responsibilities By working together, you agree to: • Be honest and accurate about your situation. • Consult your own lawyer for legal decisions. • Take responsibility for your choices and actions. • Use sessions for planning and skills‑building, not ongoing crisis management only. • Communicate respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries. > Confidentiality Your information is treated as private and is not shared without your consent, except when required by law (for example, risk of harm or mandatory reporting). Coaching notes are not intended as evidence, and the coach does not serve as a witness or expert in court.
Cancellation Policy
> Sessions, Communication, and Fees • Sessions are by appointment (virtual or in‑person as available). • Brief emails or messages between sessions are for scheduling and simple updates. > Fees are due before each session or package. A cancellation window (for example, 24–48 hours) applies; late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged in full. > Ending Coaching Either you or the coach may end coaching at any time. The coach may suggest ending or referring out if: • Your needs are primarily legal or clinical, not coaching. • Boundaries, safety, or payment issues arise. By scheduling and attending sessions, you acknowledge that divorce coaching is a supportive, strategic service to help you navigate high‑conflict situations and empower yourself with tools and insights, while you remain responsible for your own legal and personal decisions.
